• Cancellation policies:
  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the reservation may forfeit the booking fee.

Guests must respect the equipment, facilities, staff, and other patrons at all times. Any damage caused to the simulators, equipment, or premises due to misuse may result in charges for repairs or replacement.

4. Alcohol and Food Policy

• The Approach allows guests to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages from our bar. Outside beverages are prohibited.
• Guests must adhere to all local laws regarding alcohol consumption.
• Any guest exhibiting disruptive or intoxicated behavior may be asked to leave without a refund.
